DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Slowly add contents of entire pouch into 1 gallon (4 quarts) of water while mixing vigorously with a wire whisk or immersion stick blender. Mix until fully dissolved, product will be ready to freeze in a hard pack batch freezer on gelato setting, or in a soft serve machine.

Note: A volume amount of 2/3 level cup, weighing 122g, of frozen prepared product is based on 40% overrun. Depending on the amount of overrun your machine is set up for, a 2/3 cup of prepared product may weigh more or less than 122g, and this will affect the number of servings.

PACKAGING / STORAGE INFORMATION

Prior to reconstitution, this product will be stable for up to 18 months when stored unopened in a cool, dry place.
